It is made of plastic material (pp copolymer) suitable for food. It has double walls inside which is placed the insulation of polyurethane (PU) or expanded polystyrene. The holes where the screws are mounted also act as places where the housed safety pins are placed on the top and in this way the remaining parts of the bee hive are clamped together for great stability and safety during transport. In this way we can add 2 or 3 floors in the bee hive to increase the honey collection with more bees without straining the hive and fear of slipping.
